Perumda Air Minum Jaya (PAM JAYA) is a DKI Jakarta regionally-owned enterprise responsible for the supply and service of drinking water to the capital's residents since 1977.
Brief History
Established in 1977, PAM JAYA carries the mandate of providing proper drinking water to all DKI Jakarta residents. After more than two decades partnering with private operators, since 2023 PAM JAYA has fully managed Jakarta's drinking water service once again.
PAM JAYA is now running a major program to expand piped-water coverage toward 100% access, supported by treatment plant modernization, customer service digitalization, and young talent development.
